Farmhouse meets modern glam. When we met our client she wasn't quiet sure how to describe her style. Quiet often enough this happens with a lot of our clients.

Our client explained she loves sparkle and glam. She also expressed she likes farmhouse elements but just wasn't sure how to pull it all together.

She also had two beautiful pre-existing built ins.

For the dining room we added this big beautiful distressed mirror and to keep with our client's love of sparkle we added these diamond drop sconces to play off her chandelier.

With the décor in the dining room we went with the less is more approach. When decorating with glitz and glam we wanted these statement pieces to speak for themselves.

For the book cases we worked to incorporate a lot of the pre-existing photos our client had. Here is where we had the chance to add farmhouse elements. Adding neutral, muted colors florals and rustic bottles and baskets struck the perfect balance between modern and farmhouse.

One great thing about farmhouse is there are so many different variations that the design possibilities are endless.

Sometimes all you need is a statement piece on your wall offset with neutral décor to give a space a cool, collected feel.

In our client's dining room we turned up the shine for a wow-factor and then worked with a lot of muted tones in other spaces to find a balance.
