There is nothing we love better than a good before and after (above is one of this projects "afters"). We had the pleasure of working on Kathy's formal dining room, living room and entryway. Whenever you change the color palette of a room, brighten up a space with new items, and update something old it’s like breathing new life into your surroundings.

Upon entering a client’s space it is important for us to identify the areas they are looking to improve. For Kathy’s living room the space was dark and the couch needed to be updated. The couch was dark and heavy and it many ways it felt like it was weighing down the room. (Above you can also see a piece of the entryway we also worked on.)

Kathy was looking to update a few things in her dining room. She wanted to lighten up her paint colors, change out her flooring and add a larger more modern dining table and chairs.

We are so very pleased with the finished entryway! We decided to go with something sleek for Kathy's new design. We settled on two of our very popular black and white floral prints. These prints help unify the hardware in the space. My favorite thing about our black and white floral prints? They can truly fit in any home.

We also added our Café Paris clock which is just the perfect balance of gray and cream. Kathy's entryway is now light and fresh. Just adding a few pieces in a space can make a world of difference. These three pieces truly showcase the idea that "less is more."

The living room transformation is truly a WOW. Kathy wanted to incorporate a lot of her existing décor. We truly believe if something makes our clients happy then it can't be a bad thing. Our surroundings reflect how we feel and we want our clients to feel happy. The new built ins give Kathy ample room for her décor and in turn also help lighten up the space.

The new couch is the perfect shade and the color ties in to the back splash of the built ins. This layout now opens the living room to Kathy's newly renovated dining room. 

The dining room literally puts a smile on my face. We kept the décor simple with our super popular round wood mirror. We put a ceramic floral pocket on either side. I love decorating with wall pocket as the florals can be changed out seasonally keeping your décor fresh and relevant.

The dining table and chairs reflect the sleek modern feel of the space reflecting the gorgeous creamy wall color and carrying the warm yet airy style throughout the space flawlessly.
